A Supportive, Evidence-Based Approach to Nutrition

I believe nutrition should feel empowering, realistic, and supportive — not overwhelming, confusing, or restrictive.
At Nutrition Edition, my goal is to help you feel confident with food and equipped with practical tools that support your health and wellbeing for the long term.

Why I Do What I Do

Nutrition advice can often feel confusing, conflicting, and rooted in unrealistic expectations. I’ve seen how people can feel discouraged, blamed, or overwhelmed when trying to make changes to their health.

I wanted to create a space where nutrition is approachable, evidence-based, and human — a space where you’re supported, not judged.

My Approach

Every person is unique, which is why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition.

When we work together, I focus on:

❤️ A compassionate, judgement-free environment
Supportive guidance where you’re encouraged, not judged.

👤 Individualised care
Tailored support that fits your lifestyle, goals, and health history.

🧠 Evidence-based guidance, not trends
Clear, science-backed recommendations — no fads or extremes.

🔄 Habit-building for long-term change
Practical strategies to create lasting, sustainable habits.

📚 Education that builds confidence
Learn the skills and knowledge to feel empowered with food.

Let’s Work Together

If you’re ready for nutrition support that feels empowering, supportive, and grounded in science, I’d love to help.

As an Associate Registered Nutritionist with the Nutrition Society of New Zealand, I meet all the rigorous requirements expected of registered nutritionists. This includes holding at least a Bachelor’s degree, engaging in regular clinical supervision and continuing education, and adhering to a strict code of ethics.

I am committed to ongoing professional development, consistently furthering my studies and dedicating time to continued learning to ensure my guidance is evidence-based and up-to-date.

It’s important to note that in New Zealand, the term “nutritionist” is not legally protected. This means that anyone with a diploma or even an online course could call themselves a “nutritionist,” “nutrition coach,” or “registered clinical nutritionist.” By choosing a registered professional, you are ensuring guidance that is safe, credible, and grounded in science.
